We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged for half the session. No-shows or missed appointments without any notice will incur a full session fee.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
Congress enacted a “No Surprises Act” on January 1, 2022. It is meant to protect insured consumers from surprise medical bills when they inadvertently receive care from out-of-network hospitals, doctors, or other providers that they did not “choose”.
We are considered an “out-of-network” provider for insurance companies we are not in-network with. You will always be made aware of the cost of sessions with me via the website, consent forms, and through verbal confirmation directly. We aim to remain clear and transparent about the costs of services agreed upon. Ask us directly about any costs about which you may be unsure about, and you will be provided with clear and direct information and answers to your questions.
How long do I need to be in therapy?
We will meet once a week in the beginning. The duration of therapy varies for each individual and depends on your unique goals. Together, we discuss your treatment along the way and will begin to decrease our session frequency as you continue to reach your goals. Previous clients are always welcome for “tune ups” as needed.
